Ciatti's Italian Restaurant is locally owned and operated by Bob Gillen, Kevin Schlief and Vince Valdez and is part of the Superior Concepts, Inc. family of restaurants. With Vince serving as Operating Partner and General Mgr. for the location, he is assisted by a great team of managers and Executive Chef Angelo Montes. Together they have developed Ciatti's Italian Restaurant into an exciting brand that offers authentic and innovative Italian dishes along with grilled steaks, seafood and an extensive wine selection in a comfortable, moderately upscale setting.

Since 1997 Superior Concepts' restaurants have established a reputation for consistently delivering freshly prepared, high quality food and beverages with warm friendly service at a great price.
